  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. WhatsApp API Usage (WAnkisha)

By using WAnkisha, you agree to:

  • Send messages only to users who have opted-in to receive communication

  • Follow Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy

  • Avoid content related to violence, hate, illegal products, fraud, or misleading claims

  • Use only approved message templates

  • Respect user opt-out requests

WAnkisha is a messaging tool powered by Meta’s API and hosted on secure infrastructure. Abuse or misuse of the service will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments for courses or services are to be made in advance via approved channels.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in case of course cancellation by the institution.

  • WAnkisha services are billed based on usage, template approvals, and panel access duration. No refunds are offered once credits or monthly services are activated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, course material, website design, logos, and trademarks are the intellectual property of Ankisha Computers unless otherwise stated. You may not use or replicate our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide high-quality education and reliable API services. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • You use the WhatsApp API platform at your own risk.

  • Message delivery depends on Meta’s server status and recipient’s internet availability.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • You violate these terms

  • You misuse the platform for spamming or illegal activity

  • You engage in fraudulent activity

  • You fail to make timely payments (for courses or API)

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh.
